Cholera is a water-borne disease

Cholera outbreak in Cambodia and Laos

39 people have died following a cholera outbreak in Ratanakiri, Cambodia. A further 3,464 cases have been confirmed. Across the border in Attapeu, Laos cholera has killed 4 people and 216 have fallen ill. Our staff there are working hard to help those affected by this outbreak.

Our new Mothers on the Margins campaign calls for action to stop indigenous women dying or suffering unnecessarily in pregnancy and childbirth.
