This is great, contraception and user education is very important, especially the cultural aspect of contraction, it is tradionally the woman's duty to be responsible for contraception if any and the reluctanceof the men to use condoms. With proper and edequate education, it will help to sentisize the communities and create awareness. There is potential risk of STI's especially with other forms of contraceptive other than condom, most peole are worried or frightened about Aids, but chlamydia can be a silent killer, can cause severe pelvic inflammatory dises, pelvic pain(if symptomatic), and infertility. It will be a massive challange to discuss monogamy, as will be interefing with their culture, as most rural areas families practice polygamy which does not help with regards to sexual and reproductive health.

Thanks for your interest in our work Cathy! It sounds like you're doing a great job. We have emailed you some flashcards which we hope will help. Hopefully you will be able to adapt them to the local context there. Good luck!

I work with aboriginal ladies from very remote areas of Australias interior.THere are language and literacy issues. I have been desperately looking for flashcards to help them with understanding more about pregnancy and childbirth and possible complications. your's is the ONLY resourse I have found in nearly 4 months of desperate searching. I was reduced to drawing my own during the last labour I was involved in but ....well I'm just glad she understood what I was so poorly trying to show her. Is there any chance at all of begging, borowing or buying a set from you???
by the way ... you,re doing an amazing job.Awesome

I appreciate and acknowledge the initiative taken by the Health Unlimited campaign against the agreement that could block the trade in cheap, generic medicines produced by India. Yes. Millions of poor people depend on the affordable drugs produced in India to treat communicable decease.
