Live Below the Line

Could you live off just £1 a day for food?

Join thousands of people across the UK who will be living below the Line this May (7th-11th) to raise money and awareness for the 1.4 billion people who currently have no choice but to do this every day.

No matter where you live, £1 won’t get you very far but for 1.4 billion people this has to cover food, water, education, clothing, medical bills, housing and anything else that needs to be provided for their family.

Live Below the Line is designed to give you a glimpse into what it’s like for people living in extreme poverty. It’s something you can do alone or with a group of friends and it offers a unique way to raise much needed funds for Health Poverty Action’s work overseas.

This will certainly be a challenge and you will have to plan your meals carefully so that you don’t exceed your daily budget. You will have to cut out expensive luxuries but it is definitely achievable!
