Well done to our 2018 London Marathon Team!

Thank you to the incredible Health Poverty Action & Find Your Feet runners for the London Marathon 2018!

Thank you so much to the incredible Health Poverty Action & Find Your Feet runners for the London Marathon 2018:

Aamir, Alice, Benjamin, Casey, Chris, Christian, Christina, Christopher, David, Eden, Erin, Harry, James, Joel, Jordan, Lesley, Liv, Liz, Matthew, Megan, Myles, Poppy, Richard, Richard, Ronan, Roxy, Sachiyo, Sam, Sarah, Tahla, & Tania!

These incredible few were up against it, being the hottest marathon on record reaching 24.1C at the peak, an absolute scorcher! Having trained through the winter and facing snowy, icy conditions just a month before the marathon, it couldn’t have been more different on the day.

Despite the heat, every member of the team finished the race. We could not be more impressed and grateful for all of their efforts.

As well as training hard and absolutely smashing it on the day, our team have made a huge difference to communities around the world who are working with us to live a life free from poverty and ill-health.

Together the team has raised over £103,000 for overlooked and marginalised groups who are fighting for their right to a healthy life.

A huge thank you to all of the family, friends, and colleagues who have supported the team to make it over the finish line and donated to their fundraising. A special thank you to Ben, who couldn’t run but still came to support the team.

The London Marathon is about more than just one person or 40,000 people running; it is about community, supporting others, and making a difference in the world. A huge thank you to everyone for being part of our Health Poverty Action & Find Your Feet London Marathon community!
