Losing a family member or a friend is a very difficult time and we send our sympathies to anyone who has recently experienced this.
Donating to a charity in someone’s memory is a special way to celebrate their life. If you choose to make donations to Health Poverty Action in this way, you can rest assured that all gifts will go towards supporting the world’s poorest people.
There are a couple of different ways of giving in memory:
Create an In Memory page on JustGiving.
Here you can tell the story of the person you’re remembering and explain why Health Poverty Action’s work was close to their heart. Your friends and family can give to your page easily, safely and securely, and know that they are helping to make a real difference in memory of your loved one.
Donations in lieu of flowers
We’re always grateful to people who choose to support our work by holding a collection at a funeral or memorial service. You can download In Memory donation form (PDF) directly, or we can provide printed forms and and freepost return envelopes for collecting donations. If you prefer, you can ask the funeral director to contact us directly to help make arrangements for this. They will then forward the contributions to us and we’ll send you a letter of acknowledgement and thanks.
You can also contact Sarah in the Fundraising Team directly on 020 7840 3766 or email her to request printed forms and return envelopes.
