Health Poverty Action and The Innovation are bringing a special two-hour Rise in Our Roots session to London on 24th September: 'Rise in Our Roots: A decolonial leadership session for social leaders'
Our UK based programme Rise in Our Roots supports community and social leaders to reconnect with their identity, agency and capacity to create change. We take a decolonial approach to how we bring leaders together to be, think, and do differently.
Join us for a special two-hour participatory session that will bring people together from across the system into community to explore the struggles facing social and community leaders and how decolonial approaches can help us reconnect with our identity, agency and energy. Together, we’ll explore and experience these approaches that can strengthen our own leadership and be taken back for yourself, your teams and organisations.
